Thank you for your interest in Pets West. We are now hiring for a permanent sales position, approximately 30 hours per week. Previous experience is an asset. Must be available for all hours including weekends.
What we expect:
- Must be 16 years or older
- Experience in the pet-industry is preferred
- Must have a great attitude!
- Must be comfortable with all types of pets
- Must be honest, dependable & reliable & committed to work
- Must be bondable and be prepared to have a criminal check done
- Must be prepared to work hard (physically & mentally)
- Must have good organizational and memory skills
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be able to stand on your feet for your shift
- Must not be allergic to pet hair and/or cleaning products -
- Must be physically fit & healthy

Wages are dependant on experience level. Training wage for the first month with regularly scheduled increases thereafter.

Pets West works under employment standards guidelines. All working interviews are paid. New employees are on a three-month probation to ensure the right fit for both you and Pets West.
